CANCELLATION POLICY
Here at Dead Ends Club, we totally get it—life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we just ask that you let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This gives us enough time to offer that spot to another client who may be waiting. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, you'll be charged 50% of your scheduled service. No-Call / No-Shows will be charged 100% of your scheduled service. The easiest way to cancel is by going directly on the website -- You may also cancel by email or call/text.
